Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dih Floatie Co. We’re excited to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order so you know what to expect.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy seasons, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.
Tracking Information
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created.
If your tracking number says “label created” or “pre-shipment,” this means your order is being prepared and is waiting to be scanned by the carrier. Tracking will update once the carrier receives and scans the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Dih Floatie Co is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at dihfloatieco@outlook.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has already been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, Or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first for the most recent updates.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox, front porch, leasing office, or local post office/carrier location.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at dihfloatieco@outlook.com and we will do our best to help you with the next steps.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dihfloatieco@outlook.com.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. This helps us review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Changes Or Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it or make changes to the shipping address.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Dih Floatie Co is not responsible for customs delays or packages held by customs.
